We urge the European Union, the Government of Germany, and relevant international authorities to take immediate action against Gușan, a transnistrean oligarch with criminal ties, and his associated businesses operating in Germany and Moldova. Specifically, we call for the following actions:

Sanction Gușan: Impose targeted sanctions, freezing his assets and banning his entry into the European Union and Germany, in accordance with existing legal frameworks.
Block Exports to the European Union: Suspend and investigate all exports from Gușan's businesses in Moldova to the European Union until a thorough investigation into potential violations of Moldovan and international law is conducted.
Halt Business Operations in Germany: Suspend and thoroughly investigate all business operations associated with Gușan on German soil. Ensure that these operations are in compliance with German law and do not support any activities that undermine the rule of law or human rights.
