Why is this important?

Women across Europe are asking for our help.

In 10 days, the European Commission will make a final decision on the My Voice, My Choice initiative - the movement fighting to guarantee safe, affordable and accessible abortion care for all women in Europe. [1]

Right now, safe abortion access depends on where you live, how much money you have, and whether you can travel.

For many women across Europe, this means there are barriers preventing real choice. It means pain, silence and fear.

My Voice, My Choice has carried this fight across borders for many years - and now they’ve asked the WeMove Europe community to help with one final push. We need Commissioners to feel the strength of public support, asking them to lead the way towards a new era for reproductive rights in Europe.

This vote isn’t just numbers on paper. It’s about our dignity. The safety of millions of human beings. And the simple truth that healthcare - including abortion care - should never depend on luck.
