Defend the International Criminal Court, block Trump’s sanctions!

We ask you to immediately apply the EU Blocking Statute to protect the International Criminal Court from U.S. sanctions. This would prevent European companies from having to comply with sanctions imposed by US President Donald Trump on the International Criminal Court.
Why is this important?
Trump is out of control and it’s putting all of us at risk. He wants to live-stream executions, open up trade with Russia - and now he is trying to destroy the institution set up to hold the world’s worst war criminals to account. [1]
The US President has just announced sanctions on judges at the International Criminal Court (ICC). All because they issued an arrest warrant for Trump’s friend, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, over his war crimes in Gaza.[2]
But the EU has a powerful way to fight back and defend the court. They could activate the so-called 'blocking statute' which would allow European companies to stop going along with US sanctions. [3]
The Dutch government and several MEPs are begging the EU Commission to do it. [4] But they’re hesitating. [5] Mass pressure from the public could change this.
