No EU Business with War Criminals

Israel’s government is starving Gaza; the European Union cannot be complicit in Israel’s grave violations of international law.
There can be no continuation of the EU-Israel Association Agreement while the Israeli government systematically bombs civilians and deliberately starves the population in Gaza.
Under Article 2 of the EU-Israel Association Agreement, cooperation must be suspended if one party commits serious breaches of human rights. That threshold has long been surpassed, as documented by all major human rights organisations.
We therefore urge the EU and its Member States to:
- Freeze ALL trade with Israel: Immediately suspend the the EU-Israel Association Agreement
- Stop ALL arms exports to Israel
- Impose sanctions on Israeli officials and settlers responsible for the blockade and mass atrocities across Palestine
Why is this important?
Update from 22 October 2025
Even after the announcement of a “ceasefire”, Israel keeps bombing Gaza – violating the ceasefire more than 47 times in just a few days. [1] Israeli forces continue to kill Palestinian civilians, flatten homes, and block lifesaving aid from entering. [2]
And yet, the European Union keeps doing business as usual – trading, sending arms, and maintaining political relations instead of imposing sanctions.
This is complicity.
Across Europe, citizens are demanding that our governments act – not with words, but with real action, by suspending trade with Israel. [3]
Under Article 2 of the EU-Israel Agreement, cooperation must be suspended if one party commits violations of human rights. That threshold has long been passed, as confirmed by major human rights organisations and the United Nations – which has stated that Israel is responsible for genocide. [4]
Tomorrow, EU heads of state will meet to decide whether to suspend trade with Israel. This is the moment to turn public outrage into action – and make it impossible for them to look away.
Our pressure is working – governments that once stayed silent are starting to move. [5] But they’ll only act if they feel the world is still watching.
